If moods were tastes

I just had a totally random thought come to my head. I was thinking about various moods I get in. Sometimes I feel really creative and thoughtful and thinking tastes like a really strong smelling grainy fresh whole wheat bread. Other times I am tired and exhausted and thinking tastes like lemon juice. Perhaps this is a kind of Synesthasia.

I find that you can alter you mood by doing somthing you would not normaly do when in that mood.

e.g. Yesterday I was brought into a conversation about my childhood. By the time I got home I was in a upset/angre/sad mood. Thoughts became painful etc. To get out of this mood I put on some light music, wrote about an occurence in my past that had a good ending, and prepaired the evening meal (I don't normaly cook for the family).

At the end of it all I felt like my normal self again :)

If moods taste sour, push to change them.
